Enjoy a day of creative rock painting for all ages. Painting rocks is fun and relaxing, and doesn’t require expensive supplies. We’ll provide the rocks and some ideas for inspiration, or you can create your own completely original design to hide or keep for your own collection. There’s no wrong way to paint a rock!

April 23: Read and discuss the work of Naomi Shihab Nye, then try a writing experience prompted by, or modeled after, Nye’s poems and style. April 30: Enjoy short readings by two local poets, followed by an open mic for the workshop participants and other library patrons. Refreshments served.
