A class that empowers you. These traumatic times have left us all living in a heightened stress response. Learn to reactivate the relaxation response. Mindful movement is a Feldenkrais way to move OUT of reactivity, muscular tension and pain. For a return to ease and wellbeing, come join us! Social distancing with masks required. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bring your own mat and learn to move beyond the confusion to return to a sense of being safe, grounded and able to move easily through the life you have been given.
