Medford Beer Week Kick Off Party: Food from Sweet Tea Express, beer from Walkabout, and music from country musician Scott William Perry. Also, goooood times. Walkabout Brewing, 921 Mason Way, Medford. 5pm-8pm
Iron Pint Competition: How long can you lift a pint on an iron plate? Get a pint of Wee Heavy, and try to win. Portal Brewing, 100 E. Sixth St., Medford. 2pm.
Beers and the Bees with the Bee Girl: Learn about honey bee’s role in beer production. Portal Brewing, 100 E. Sixth St., 4pm

“Beers and Barrels” Dinner w/ Hop Valley and Buffalo Trace Distillery: This beer and whisky pairing dinner will feature the beers of Hop Valley Brewing paired with American bourbons from the famous Buffalo Trace Distillery and the food of Chef Mike Hite. $50 per person.
