Whether dreaming of a summertime county fairs or harboring big-track NASCAR dreams, go-karting is a gateway activity—and a great indoor escape from the cold, rainy weather 50,000 square foot track.

Located on Lars Way, off of Sage Road just beyond Keller Supply Company, Rogue Karting opened their 50,000 square foot track just over a year ago when the owners saw a need in the Rogue Valley for some high-octane recreation.

“We are big on being part of the community,” Operations Manager, Tony Workman says. “Partnering with local schools and events such as the Medford Cruise are important to keep the money in the community.”

In addition to daily open racing sessions, Rogue Karting offers 30 minutes of straight driving every Wednesday night. And this summer, Rogue Karting also will be involved in the Medford Cruise, including not only the Drift Event, but also the Show ’n Shine and Downtown Cruise in June.

Featuring the SodiKart brand, Rogue Karting has a variety of karts for every skill level and most ages. The track boundaries, once made of tires, have just been updated to Tecpro barriers known for the absorption technology used to make a safer and more efficient course for karters. Drivers must be 13 years old and at least 5 feet tall to drive the adult karts and 7 years old to drive the junior styles. Rogue Karting offers party and event packages for those interested in hosting a shindig in their 70,000 square foot facility, complete with a Cafe and Pro Shop. Not to mention the Rogue Karting Arcade which will be housing race simulators in the very near future, a must for any race enthusiast.

Need a break to refuel, the cafe hosts a Nascar themed menu, offering a variety of sandwiches, burgers, and pizza. There are also options for those looking to stay on the lighter/healthier side; read: salads and fruit smoothies. For those caffeine cravings, try the Rogue Karting Drift Special; vanilla ice cream mixed with a double shot of espresso. (As if go-karting isn’t enough adrenaline.)

Want to save a few bucks? Why not sign up for a membership, which give go-karters a discounted rate plus an array of benefits including a free birthday race, guest passes and a Rogue Karting t-shirt to sport.

So, feeling the need … the need for speed? Put the pedal to the metal and stop on down to Rogue Karting. Whether it be date night, child’s birthday party or a friendly after work competition, this place is a highway to good time fun.
