Thursday Market moved to the beautifully renovated Hawthorne Park in 2016 from The Medford National Guard Armory, where it had enjoyed ten years of success and growth. Every year Oregon Books joins with the Josephine County Literacy Council for a Book Sale to support their work. The event will be held indoors in the shop next to The Rogue Reader, 329 NE 6th St., Grants Pass, between D and E Sts.  All proceeds to benefit the Literacy Council. An organization whose mission is to combat adult illiteracy by providing free tutoring to any adult in Josephine county with classes specializing in dyslexia and English as a Second Language.
