Bellydance Fitness! Two Free Demo Classes at the Ashland Family YMCA

Let’s move! For 25 years, I’ve taught women and men all over the world the exciting art of Middle Eastern Dance, or Bellydance. With my special method of Bellydance Fitness, you will stretch, tone and burn calories to a most inspiring World Beats soundtrack.
Targeting the core muscles of the abs, obliques, hips and glutes, this art form is second to none for toning and sculpting the body.
On March 20 and 21, I will offer two FREE demo classes at the Ashland Family YMCA. One is a stretchier, wavier class focusing on classical flowy & rounded movements, while the other is funkier with rhythmic, with faster, more fiery movements to updated remixes of bellydance music.
Join me for both! They will kick off a spring semester of amazingly fun classes to help you get into great shape for the summer and give you some saucy new moves to boot!
